Frequently Asked Questions
- Will my credit card information be safe if I order online?
Yes! We use a secure server for processing orders.
- Will there be any extra charges beyond the $50.00 for download
access?
No. There are no extra or hidden charges. When you order your download
access, your card will be charged $50.00 by Möbius Publishing, Ltd. We
do not add any other charges.
- What will happen when I order online?
You will be asked to supply information including your name, address,
phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. When you
have completed the online form and clicked on the process order button,
your order will be automatically processed. When that is completed, you
will have a screen message telling you that your order has been accepted.
You will receive back confirmation from Möbius within one business
day.
- What if I want to pay for access using a check or money
order?
You may pay for access using checks or money orders. Use the Order icon
on the main page. Clicking on the Order icon will bring up a form for you
to fill out. Fill out the form online being sure to include your e-mail
address in the correct location on the form. Print out the completed
form, sign it, and enclose the form along with your check or money order
made out to Möbius Publishing, Ltd. Mail the form and your payment to
Möbius Publishing, Ltd., 1802 South Duncan Road, Champaign, IL 61822.
Your order will be processed the same business day it is received and
your confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.
- Once I've received confirmation of my purchase, how do I get access
to the text and software?
Take a copy of your emailed confirmation to your statistics
instructor. The instructor will provide you with the information you
need for access to both the text and the software
- I know it is illegal to make copies of the book for others, but
I prefer to have a printed copy of the text. Can I print out material
for my own use?
Yes. You just cannot share the text with others or make print copies
for other students to use.
